ION-JNC and the Nascent Paradigm

In June, I participated in the Institute of Navigation’s Joint Navigation Conference. This year attendance was up by 20 percent. The entire event was FOUO (For Official Use Only) with a classified day, which included a remarkable War Fighter Panel that I co-chaired with my colleague Jim Doherty at Institute For Defense Analyses. It is always heart-warming and invariably enlightening to hear our warfighters discuss capabilities that GPS enables for them in times of peace and war. ION Co-Locates ITM, PTTI Conferences for 2016

Two of the Institute of Navigation’s (ION’s) conferences — the International Technical Meeting (ITM) and the Precise Time and Time Interval (PTTI) Meeting — will be co-located for 2016. The ION GNSS+ 2015 technical program is now available online, and registration is open.  ION GNSS+ 2015 will be held Sept. 14-18 (tutorials Sept. 14-15) at the Tampa Convention Center, Tampa, Fla.
